Our lawn and garden products are less expensive and every bit as effective (more effective in some cases) as the major brands. We take the time to talk with you about your particular needs–to help you identify what product or products will be best suited to your lawn and garden, as well as how and when to apply them. Grass Seed
All our seed mixes are designed to fit particular soil and/or sunlight conditions. Each type of seed in every mix is available for individual purchase if desired.

- Very Durable, great for all sunny areas or partial shade
- 60% Bluegrass (3 types for better disease tolerance)
- 20% Creeping Red Fescue
- 10% Annual Ryegrass
- 10% Perennial Ryegrass
- Landmark Shade Mix
- Great for heavily shaded areas and grows well in sunny spots. Works well in sandy or clay soil.

- Landmark Speedy Green
- A durable, fast growing mix. Tremendous for sloped areas
- 35% Creeping Red Fescue
- 25% Bluegrass

Fertilizers
Our line of fertilizers uses balanced formulas to prevent disease. We offer great food for your lawn, including Insect Control, Crabgrass Control, Weed Control, Winterizer, and Milorganite (made in Milwaukee). Our blends work well in the wide variety of soil conditions native to our area we have gypsum to loosen the toughest clay, and soil testers to help identify what will work best for your lawn or
